Is the event live or pre-recorded?
It’s both — and it’s smarter than that. The core experience is pre-recorded and personalized, so you get a polished, glitch-free stream built around your goals and role. But you’ll still engage live through chat, Q&A, and other real-time elements alongside WalkMe experts and fellow changemakers.
Why don’t I see an agenda?
Good catch. That’s intentional. Realize 2025 is a curated journey, not a mix-and-match conference. There’s no need to build your own agenda — we’ve already done the work for you. How do I join the event?
Check your inbox for your joining instructions email from realize@walkme.com. When it’s time, click the Join Event button in that email and you’re in.

Yes. Live captioning in select languages will be available for all main sessions — just hit the CC button on the video player.

How can I ask questions during the event?
Have a question? Drop it in the chat during any session. WalkMe experts and event moderators will be live and ready to engage — answering your questions, surfacing insights, and keeping the conversation going in real time.

What setup do I need for the best experience?
For smooth streaming and full functionality, we recommend:

My company doesn’t allow Chrome. What now?
Check with your IT team to install it — it's the best way to watch. If that’s not an option, you can try Safari or another browser, but we can’t promise full functionality.
Can I watch on my phone?
Technically, yes. But for the full Realize experience (and to avoid frustration), we strongly recommend a desktop or laptop.
Do I need to enable my mic or camera?
Nope. You’re in “watch and listen” mode. No mic, no camera, no pressure.
Do I need a strong internet connection?
Yes. A stable Wi-Fi connection or ethernet cable is ideal. If your internet’s spotty, consider hot-spotting from your mobile device on 4G/5G.
I don’t have sound — what do I do?
First, check your system volume and test another video online. If everything else plays sound but Realize doesn’t, turn up the volume in the video player itself. Still quiet? Reach out via chat or email.
